Flexible indoor & outdoor rubber rope

Our quality rubber ropes are characterized by excellent indoor and outdoor properties. The polypropylene sheathing, PP for short, offers many advantages in the various areas of application. The material absorbs little to no water and does not heat up easily. This means that when the expander rope is exposed to direct sunlight, it does not heat up as much, which is good for durability and longevity - plus it does not rot.

The rubber cord with the diameter of ø 6 mm has an elongation of 150%, all others with ø 8 mm have 100%. The core, or the insert of the expander cords consists of several rubber threads made of natural latex, this has more flexibility and adaptability in various applications compared to a whole core / insert.

Field of application

The use of a rubber rope as a method of fixing a balcony cladding, or a wind & privacy screen has not only stylistic aspects, but also protects fabric and eyelets from premature wear. The professional and fabric-protecting, as well as eyelet-protecting tensioning reduces the occurring forces of wind and rainwater. Due to the flexible tensioning, the fabric is not 100% exposed to the forces.
