GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

1.1 The following general terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded between easy2lounge - Shop and the buyer for the delivery of goods. Any deviating terms and conditions of the buyer that easy2lounge - Shop does not expressly accept are not binding for easy2lounge - Shop, even if they are not expressly contradicted.

1.2 All agreements made between easy2lounge - Shop and the buyer in connection with the conclusion of contracts are set forth in writing in these terms and conditions and in the order confirmation.

1.3 Any deviations from these General Terms and Conditions, supplementary agreements and/or side agreements must always be made in writing or be expressly confirmed in writing by easy2lounge - Shop in order to be effective.

2. Delivery

2.1 Delivery time: up to 21 days

2.2 The items ordered by you will be delivered by our shipping service as soon as possible. If we are unable to fulfill a contract because the ordered goods are not immediately available, we will inform you of this. easy2lounge - Shop will make every effort to take into account the wishes and interests of the buyer with regard to the shipping method and route.

2.3 If the delivery is to be made from " today to tomorrow ", this is also possible against additional costs.

3. Shipping costs

You will find the shipping costs for your country in the order process or under " Shipping costs "

3.1 The shipping costs are adjusted to the scope of delivery (i.e. the quantity of goods and weight).

4. Prices/ Terms of payment

4.1 The agreed prices result from the valid textile products shipping price lists and the textile products shipping order confirmations. The prices do not include shipping costs. The amount of shipping costs is calculated according to the type of shipment and the weight of the shipment. The indicated prices are final prices, which already contain all price components and the legal VAT.

4.2 We deliver for private and commercial needs. Delivery is made by prepayment, credit card payment, PayPal or instant bank transfer.

4.3 Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in EURO.

5. Warranty / Guarantee

If ordered items show material or manufacturing defects, please claim visible defects, or transport damage, immediately after receipt of the goods. During the legal warranty period, you first have the right to free rectification. If it should be necessary, we exchange the article completely or partly.

6. Our duty to inform

The essential characteristics of the goods or services offered by us, the price of the goods and including all taxes. 8. Retention of title

8.1 Until full payment, the goods remain the property of the company Plaspack Netze GmbH.

8.2 If the purchaser fails to make payment despite a reminder or payment reminder, easy2lounge - Shop may demand the return of the goods subject to retention of title that are still its property without setting a deadline. The buyer shall bear the transportation costs incurred in this process. The proceeds of the sale are to be credited to the liabilities of easy2lounge - Shop, whereby reasonable sales costs of easy2lounge - Shop are also credited.

8.3 If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product delivered by us or a service provided by us, please inform us immediately. We are always interested in your opinion to improve our services.
